We are looking for an individual with a natural drive and positive attitude to learn, develop and succeed in our firm for the long term. We are therefore excited to present an opportunity for a full time Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive who are newly qualified to 5 years PQE.
You will have experience in:
- Drafting Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and probate applications
- Knowledge of inheritance tax reliefs and how to apply them
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficient at updating clients and other stakeholders regularly throughout a matter
- Experience in networking and building strong professional and client relationships.
- Able to establish professional relationships to bring new work into the firm.
- Experience in meeting deadlines and financial targets
- Excellent organisation skills and ability to manage your own caseload proactively
- Ability to use a management software system such as LEAP
You will have the guidance of two experienced lawyers to support and encourage you to further your training and development.
This is a full time position with hybrid working options available.
