WILLS & TRUSTS

A Will provides peace of mind that your estate will pass in accordance with your wishes. Trusts can be set up in your lifetime or in your Will. They can provide tax savings, protect wealth, and safeguard beneficiaries.
LASTING POWERS OF ATTORNEY
Lasting Powers of Attorney allow you to appoint attorneys to look after your affairs should you be unable to do so yourself whether that is through a physical inability or loss of capacity.
PROBATE
Probate is the process of administering a person’s estate. An application to the probate registry is often required to give authority to personal representatives to deal with the assets and liabilities.

“We used Natalie to update our Wills now that we are married. I was a little apprehensive doing this entirely remotely by video call and email, but it was actually a really quick and efficient way to do it and something I would highly recommend to others. Natalie was very helpful explaining changes in inheritance tax and other areas now we are married and succinctly answered our follow up questions by email afterwards. Really pleased we chose her.”

“We found Natalie very open to our discussion and ideas and how to bring things to a good conclusion…we do not hesitate to recommend Natalie to anyone else looking for the same sort of help”
