Welland Valley Legal

Welland Valley Legal was formed in 2022 by Natalie Biggin. In 2023 Christian Jenkins joined the company as a fellow director. Welland Valley Legal was created to offer the local community a specialised Private Client law firm providing quality advice delivered by a highly skilled lawyer, a personal service, and an understanding in rural matters for our farming and business community. Welland Valley Legal puts clients first, investing in technology to create more efficient processes and prioritises communication, transparency, being approachable and delivering clear and concise advice.

“Natalie grew up in the Market Harborough area and is from a rural background. Natalie studied Law with Business at the University of Birmingham and went on to achieve a distinction on the legal practice course at the University of Law.

Natalie worked in-house at a large multi-national company and went on to do her training contract in a medium sized law firm in Birmingham. Upon qualifying as a Solicitor, she moved back to Leicestershire to work for a local law firm. Within 3 years, she progressed to Partner level and headed up the Wills and Probate team. During this time, she also achieved the highly regarded STEP diploma in Trusts and Estates, becoming a full STEP Member and Trust and Estate Practitioner.”

“Christian is a Fellow Chartered Legal Executive and Commissioner for Oaths having qualified in 2013 and being admitted to Fellowship status in 2015, specialising in Wills, Inheritance Tax, Protecting Family Wealth, Care Home Fees, Powers of Attorney and Estate Administration.

Having gained a wealth of knowledge and experience working for a large multi-national firm and in recent years contributing to the growth and development of local firms in the Leicestershire area, Christian has teamed up with Natalie as a Director, taking with him the skills and knowledge to pass on to the clients of Welland Valley Legal, providing them with honest friendly and quality advice.

Passionate about putting the client first, Christian firmly believes the advice our clients receive should be delivered in a concise and clear manner and that guidance is not only given where needed but when it is beneficial to the client.”

“Becky has over 20 years of experience working in customer-facing roles. She worked in the Estate Agent Industry for several years until joining the legal sector almost 4 years ago.

Becky joined Welland Valley Legal in May 2023 as a Legal Assistant supporting the solicitors on a day-to-day basis with administrative tasks as well as liaising with the clients.

Interests/Hobbies: Outside of work Becky loves her holidays, she enjoys long walks and took up paddleboarding last year.”
